Meet Alyssa: Your Blonde & Lived-In Hair Specialist Since stepping into the creative world in 2014, I've found my true passion in the beauty industry. While I initially trained at Toni & Guy (Worcester, MA) with dreams of becoming a Makeup Artist, my seven years behind the chair in Hudson, MA, catapulted my love for hair artistry, specifically color. Working with clients solidified my niche and expertise: Blonding, Lived-In Looks, effortless Balayage, and precision Gray Coverage. I also specialize in creating dream volume and length using Weft Extensions—certified in top methods like Bellami and IBE. My goal is simple: to make your hair look effortless and feel its healthiest. The Evolution to Independence In 2020, I made a pivotal move to The Beauty Lounge in Acton, MA. This incredible environment pushed me to become a better stylist, encouraging creative freedom, flexibility, and a relentless focus on continuing education and modern trends. I'm thrilled to announce a significant next step: I am now an Independent Stylist, operating under my own LLC, "Hair by Alyssa." While this is a big personal and professional leap, rest assured, you can still find me at the amazing, modern salon you know and love! A Little Peek into My Life When I'm not crafting hair dreams at the salon, you'll find me up in New Hampshire with my husband, Liam, and our two adorable fur babies: Louie and Stella (our Yorkie/Chihuahua/Schnauzer mixes!). I'm a self-proclaimed health and wellness enthusiast and a proud gluten-free girl—I love feeling my best from the inside out! My downtime is spent binge-watching Bravo (yes, I'm guilty of loving reality TV!) and cozying up with a great book. Liam and I are always down for a good time, whether it's catching a concert or escaping the New England chill for some sun in Florida. Cancellation Policy

Please read my cancellation policy carefully, by booking you are accepting these terms. I require a 72 Hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. More information is placed in the jot form section of my website. If there is a cancellation or no show within the 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, there will be a 50-100% fee.
